📌 Dr. Supakit Sirilak, Director of the Health Systems Research Institute (HSRI), gave a special lecture on the topic “Genomics Thailand: Building the Frontier of Precision Public Health” at the PacBio Prism 2026: Color the future of genomics conference, held from May 11-13, 2026 in Fukuoka, Japan.

🧬 This event served as a platform for presenting advances in genomics research and for exchanging knowledge among researchers from various countries. Representatives from Thailand included Prof. Manop Pitakpakorn, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University; Prof. Worasak Chotilerasak, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University; Dr. Chakrit Eusuntornwatana, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University; and Dr. Nusra Satperitprai, Research Manager. The Genomics Research and Development Institute of NHRI, among others, participated in the exchange and listened to lectures from world-class experts from Precision Health Research, Singapore (PRECISE), Fudan University in China, and Tohoku University in Japan, along with leading academics from the United States, Australia, and Europe.
